I have lost water pressure at my kitchen sink and was told I had to prime the cold and hot water line. How do I begin to accomplish this ?

Huh? Who told you that? As soon as you turn on the water, water will flow. there may be air in the lines but it'll come! -
Try unscrewing the aerator off the end of the faucet and cleaning the debris out of it.I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
Now I can Plumb!
