Washing Machine hookup?

I am looking at a new place in a high rise building. The washer/dryer hookups are in a bedroom closet. I see the water hookups but no drain for the washing machine. I am told that the dryer needs to be ventless. Can anyone help explain the washer hoookup without a water drain?

Not me. There has got to be somewhere for it to drain, either a standpipe (possibly built into a wall enclosure) or a sink.

Try asking the building maintenance people.
