    Heater anode....

    I know there are aluminum anodes and magnesium ones, too. And there's well water and city water. Is there an anode preference for well water? And why? (not?)

    I would go with the supplied magnesium anode unless there is a rotten egg odor then the Alum/zinc/tin anode would be the way to go.
    I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
    Now I can Plumb!
