The city increased our water pressure (103+). When I had plumbing updated removing all leaks, my pipes kept blowing. About a year ago I had a water pressure regulator installed and set at 40. All of a suddne, my water pressure dropped by 50%. can find no leaks. Could the regulator be clogged? Does it need to be replaced? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
