Need help with leaks on a potential house

I am looking to maybe purchase this house, but it looks like there have been leaks. They are upstairs and downstairs in the bedrooms and living rooms. I don't know if it's AC or plumbing or roof and how to tell and if it is easily fixable or not. Any ideas from looking at these pics?

    leaks

all the pictures look like dripping water except for the register. if this is a cool air register, the trunk line may not be insulated allowing the pipe to condensate airborne humidity down inside the house.

So how hard/expensive would that be to fix?

        trunk line

if you have access to the attic, wrap aluminized fiberglass insulation all around the duct. use real sticky duct tape to seal the edges
