Hi - I followed some online videos and pulled the valve out, looking for a washer to replace. There was no washer either the hot or cold water valve. Since we are not the original owners of this house, took the valves to Lowe's and asked whether there was a missing washer. They suggested I replace to O-rings on the valve instead. We did that, put the valves back in and the faucet still leaks. It is a slow drip, just like before. Any ideas? Thanks!!
