Locate source of drain that goes outside

I'm trying to locate the source of a slow drip that terminates outside on a 3/4" pvc line. I originally thought it was one of the HWH PRV's. This home has 3 HWH and only one is used at the moment. I traced the lines and it's not either of them. The utility room is jammed with 2 furnaces and loads of flex HVAC so tracing is a bear and it's a finished basement. Just to be sure I even drained the PRV lines and the drip continues.
I checked drip pans in the attic and they're dry. No humidifiers, No drip pan on the WM, no sauna/steam unit, basement/attic condensate pumps have hose's run to the outside. No free standing ice maker.
From what I could trace the line in question leaves the utility room and goes who knows where.

Any ideas on what else it could be?
