showerpan installation

I ordered an acrylic showerpan and the drainhole is off by 2 inches from the drain pipe. Any suggestions??????

With the trap move it some under it wont that make it fit . Go to home depot or lowes they have offsets for things like this.

My mistakes dont define me they inform me.

You could build a platform on top of the floor to raise it up which would give you room underneath to adjust the drain piping and direct it to the floor drain. Or reroute the floor drain piping to the proper location, or forget the acrylic shower pan and build a mortor shower pan and tile over it.
