I just installed a new shower faucet and sink over the weekend. I have one problem maybe somebody can answer. When I turn on the cold water it works fine. When I turn on the hot water it works fine, but when I have them mixing water come out of both the spout and the showerhead. I called Moen and they said it was because the showerhead is to low. Is that what you guys think too? I wanna make sure that is the problem before I rip out the wall.

What Moen says doesn't sound right to me, it sounds like the divertor for your shower is not working properly. If your shower divertor is on the spout then replace your spout with a new one to see if that fixs it. -
