when we use the water (washer, flush,sink), we hear the most ungodly moans. at first we thought there was someone in real pain under our house, it was so lifelike. this just started in the last 5 days. how can we solve this problem?

Do you think the sewage line is backed-up? Is it just when the water is running or do you hear the moans after you turn off the sink?
