Copper tubing

My husband and I am in the process of buying a house. We had it inspected yesterday, and the inspector said we had copper tubing. He said that type of tubing tends to get pin holes in in and deteriorate the concrete slab. Is this correct? Is it worth fixing now in order to avoid a future problem?

I've never heard of it,in copper pipe,but if the inspector had said that he may know what he's talking about..
