how to fix a yard light

i replaced the bulb, but still doesn't work...it is a dawn til dusk light....it seems to blink when i touch the circuit breaker. can anyone help me....please.....

Perhaps you need a new photo sensor.

Since replacing the bulb did not work and touching the circuit breaker seemed to impact the current, maybe you could try to push firmly on the circuit breaker to see if it is intermittent connection at the circuit breaker. OR replace with a known good breaker to see. It seems to be in the line at the breaker. Good luck.
