Shower Drain

I had the plumbing for a half bath roughed in when i built my home.
I am now wanting to complete it and my question concerns the
shower drain. It is a two inch pipe flush with the concrete floor in my split
level home. It comes out the concrete wall and goes about twelve
inches and connects to the four inch drain. I do not see a trap installed
in the line and i don't see where i have room to install one. Any
suggestions?

Would like to help, but do not quite understand the existing pipe layout. Does the pipe that comes out the wall lay on top of the concrete floor and run horizontaly, or is the 2" pipe stubed up (Vertical) through the floor.

I hope i can clarify my problem. After further observation it appears the
two inch pipe goes straight down approx. ten inches over six inches and
connects to the three inch pipe coming from the toilet. That pipe goes
a additional two feet and then goes thru a vertical cement wall into the basement.
My house being a split level i actually have four levels because
i have a basement. It then goes twelve inches at a fourty-five degree angle
and connects to the four inch drain that goes out of the house. I have
had people say raise up the shower and put a drain under it, but i was
wondering if i could bust the concrete and put the trap under or in the
concrete floor? Thanks for the time for your input.

OK, I'm new to this forum and please do not try to enter my scetch in any drawing contest, please! From what I gather, is this what we are looking at (Basicly?) I'm trying to add an attatchment drawn with paint, hope you get it and can understand it, I,m a plumber, not an artist!! Well, the upload manager says my drawing exceded the limits set forth in this forum, so I can not send you the pic. I tell you what, if you want you can email me at my abp@kinex.net and I can go out and dry fit some pvc fittings together, take a digital pic and email it to you and see if this is your layout. I can help, but need to know the layout as I do not mind giving advice, just hate to give the wrong advice. You know what they say,
