Water Main Presure valve leaking

Please advise for this leaking problem.

Left side with a screw for the cap. above it is a plug and right side is a biger cap type terminator. The left side have the water leak from the cap.

Should this preasure valve be replaced or just fix the leak with a ring tighter?
