When it rains, it pours...non-flushing toilet; non-draining washer; too little hot...and so on.
Its bad enough that its raining, and pouring at that . . . but my toilets won't flush either. Can someone help?
Our home is 9-years old. There are only 2 of us; however, we entertained alot in the beginning! Our septic tank has been pumped out 3 times, including 2 months ago (after a day or two of heavy rain) when a local Septic company recently had to pump the septic tank to ensure that the pump wasn't failing, but they didn't find anything wrong with the pump or the water heater (which we also had them check).
Other Plumbing/Water Heater Symptoms:
What could be the problems - I mean solutions to this mounting mess?? And if the plumber/septic folks couldn't help and Mr. Appliance couldn't find a problem either, then who can??

Other Plumbing/Water Heater Symptoms:
- -We hear a high-pitch whistle from the water heater when both toilets are flushed, OR when faucet water is running in the sink at the same time
- -The pipes seem to jump when the faucets are turned off
- -We use to take lots of baths, but can't get enough hot water any more, so we have to take quick showers
- -Shower water won't stay hot (daily) longer than 7 or 8 minutes
- -Tub has a slow draining clog that won't go away (or rather returns) no matter what brand of septic-safe drain cleaner used (Liquid-Plumr, Drano Foamer, Max Gel, etc)
- -Toilets won't flush during heavy rains (BIG PROBLEM)
- -Also once begins to flush and the other will continue to bubble/gurlge/percolate (and still won't flush)
- -Spin cycle doesn't drain all the water from our new washer (sometimes; especialy during the rain)
- -Toilets frequently get spotted-looking mold in bowl, even soon after thorough cleaning
- -Occasional odor comes from under kitchen sink; but it fills the front of the house quickly (this was most evident after the septic tank was pumped out)
