Hello-
Quick question - our toilet had never had a "running" problem (ie after you flush, the tank keeps running). Then, the "cord" connecting the flapper to the handle you flush with snapped and I bought a new flapper. Once replacing the flapper, the toilet began to run. You can make it stop running by jiggling the handle or lifting the cover of the tank and manually lifting the black float and then lowering it. any help on how to fix the running problem would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
Allan
