  • Leaky Faucet Blues

Hi...I'm a novice (especially when it comes to plumming issues) We're trying to sell our house and I know the leaky bathtub upstairs can't be helping out. It drips and drips (maybe 2 drops per second if I had to guess) Sometimes more than others. I have looked at the pipes behind the wall (I think I'm looking for a big "on/off" switch in the "off" position) Anyway I made sure all the pipes were tight and am clueless on how to handle this going forward. By the way its the actual faucet, not the shower head. I'd sure covet any advice or instruction, please remember to dummy it down for me
    thank you!

Is it a single handled faucet or 2 handled type and what is the manufacturer

Hmmm...sorry all I know is that there's an "SA" emblem on the faucet. As far as single handled or double?...all I can say is that there's only 1 handle (the middle position is warm) Are you saying that its possible that the faucet may be the culprit?
