I have a crawl space with 6 mil plastic which gets some water on top as it seems to come from where the plastic over laps. Where do you get the pool type liners professions are using to water proof and how do you tape the plastic. I have put drain tiles on the outside other than under the deck. Would putting a drain tile in the crawl space help? I have a sump pump and heavy hard to dig clay soil. Would DELTA®-FL work for a liner?

if you go to an automotive supply house, ask for high tack spray on adhesive. this stuff will glue most anything especially plastic sheeting. regular plastic sheeting applied for weatherproofing is vulcanized together using a heating element which melts the edges together. A dielectric stitcher does the same thing but uses high frequency to melts the edges together.
