dual sink dishwasher hookup

if i am installing a dual kitchen sink with a dishwasher drain where does the nib go, above the crossover or below?

if there is a disposal it goes into the dishwasher nipple. if no dishwasher connection right below the sink tailpiece BEFORE the crossover
