  • Toilet keeps running

    Our house is about 1.5 yrs old, both of the upstairs toilets are having the same problem - they continupusly run and sometimes (eventually) overflow... I'm not sure where to go from here, every time we flush we have to ensure the valve shuts in the tank so it will fill up...

    help...

      sounds like a bad flush valve to me, since you mentioned that it over flows,assuming your talking about the tank not the bowl.
      if you replace the flush valve.I think it should salve the problem.TAZ
      nuthing like being woken up at 12:AM to unstop some one elses toilet.
