I'm nowhere near your area as you can see, but sometimes a good place to start is with the local Better Business Bureau. I've had better luck with service people who join that organization than with word of mouth I think. Friends and neighbors often can be better at telling you who to avoid than who to hire.

I am retired...have no stake in this at all. I would mention Emory Plumbing, Bill Howe Plumbing, Dependable Plumbing, and Preferred Plumbing. Best bet is to check with your neighbors and see if they have had good experience with anyone.
