Moving faucets on tub

We have a corner jetted tub. When we built the house I stupidly told the builder to put the faucet in the middle of the front of the tub. Well, you can imagine how inconvenient getting in and out can be. We want to move the faucet into a corner. How do we repair the large holes in the front of the tub (it is a roman faucet). Thanks.

At this stage a repair is out of the question. any repair you encounter will leak and will NEVER look right. newtub??
