Stupid Dish Rinser is ruining my day... help?

Ok, I just moved in to a new place two weeks ago. Just today I noticed that I have one of those dish rinse guns attached to my kitchen sink. I never use these stupid things but out of curiosity I pulled it out to see if it worked. It did. But I when I was done and put it back in it;s place, the main kitchen faucet never worked again. The rinser still works with very low pressure but nothing from the spicket. I dismantled everything I could but still could not figure out this ridiculously simple problem.
Any ideas, anybody?

Probably is some junk stuck inaide the aerator of both the faucet and the rinser.

Its inside the valve body, there is a small plunger that moves up to block the flow to the spigot . Take the valve apart again and this time pull up on the spigot and it will slide off inside is what is causing the problem. They make a water proof grease that you can put on the parts to keep them working
