Toilet Tank Won't Fill, Water not running

My toilet tank will not fill and the water is not running. This just happened all of a sudden today. The other two toilets in the house (which is only 2 years old) are working fine. I haven't done anything except verify that the faucet is on. Everything inside the tank looks fine.

Any suggestions about what could be the problem? Could it possibly be caused by the blue drop-in?

I fixed it...it was the blue drop-in. Cleared the blue sludge away and it worked immediately. I'll never use those again!
