Kohler faucet repair

Have an old Kohler faucet that is leaking at the middle joint. My best guess it's a model k-377 or k-378. I have no clue how to fix this (its' embarrassing). Changed the o-rings that could be seen. Photos attached. Can this be repaired or is it time to replace it.

Did you mean you did change the o-rings? If that didn't work I'd probably replace, could have a crack somewhere that you can't get to I suppose. Let us know how it goes!
