weatherstripping exterior door gaps

Hey all,

Both exterior doors on this house have gaps around all their edges -- especially at the bottom, where there's a good inch that lets cold air through! They're old doors with glass panes and I'd like to keep them if possible. Any suggestions for weatherizing these?

They used to sell a strip which fastened to the door bottom that automatically sealed the bottom space. It was made of aluminum and had a mechanism that when the door closed, a pin was pushed in that allowed the internal weatherstripping to drop down.
