Installation of doggie door through brick wall

I am looking for some advice on how to cut through a brick wall to install a doggie door.

for brick you'll either have to chop your way through the brick or better - use a masonry saw. cut the opening larger than the doggie door plans call for and install a wooden casement to the brick THEN install the doggie door to the wood.
