Need help identifying spot on the ceiling.

Ok, I've got this strange spot on the ceiling drywall and I have no idea what it might be. mold ? no ?
If anyone could really help me out, that would be great !

The reason why the image to the right is weird colour like, that is because I tried to shoot in night mode, it was kinda dark.

Spot on Drywall

It appears to be moisture or water. Perhaps some condensation caused by a cold surface above condensing out moisture during the winter. Mold generally would not leave that uniform of a circular ring, but rather would be in small splotches.
