As a minimum R30 in the ceiling R13 in the walls fiberglass batts work very well and will save you a heap of money compared to spray foam. You will want "faced" batts (that's the moisture barrier) with the faced side facing the interior. You cannot (by code) leave the faced batts in the wall or ceiling cavities without adding a layer of drywall or other suitable wall/ceiling finish, mainly because the paper facing is flammable.Little about a lot and a lot about a little.
