Best Drywall Anchors

Does anyone know what you can recommend this novice for hanging up light weight fixtures / accents / shelving (under 30 lbs) into hollow sheet rock / dry wall? I'm generally looking for hanging up pictures, decorative items, light duty shelving, and such that doesn't require studs. I've been told generic color plastic anchors are just not good to use in general since they don't grip and eventually slip. Many people recommended the EZ Anchors from a company called Buildex

Any recommendation or advice?
