Need to fix hole/patch on wall... HELP!

Hello,

I went to take a stick-on basketball hoop off of my wall, and it's pretty much ripped the paint and part of the wall off.

I've posted a picture as it's hard to explain.. and I'm not an expert on this.

Basically, it looks like there's like a layer of paint over a thin wood layer which covers cement.



Please help! The largest patch is about 1 3/4 - 2 inches large.

if its superficial then just a coat of wallboard compound will fix it. if its deeper then cut out a section of wallboard and replace it with another piece, same size but butter the ends and stick it in with some compound then feather out the edges
