I went to change a lightbulb that had not required it since we bought our home and while on the ladder discovered that the wall appears to be almost 'melting' from the ceiling. The problem is not visible unless on a ladder due to the cabinetry. Any insight to what is happening is appreciated as I am a bit worried.
