  • Repairing small chips in plaster

We just bought a new.. old house its in pretty good shape as far as strength of the walls, floors and ceiling but it needs some cosmetic work mostly just painting.. but there are a few small chips in the plaster on wall corners. Whats the easiest way to fix these small chips?

I think the cheapest is joint compound. Sand the bad spots and then apply the mud, let it dry , sand and re-apply and sand again. Some primer, if you like but if they aren't major chunks then I wouldn't worry about the primer.
