Is there a product on the market that cleans up and restores weathered looking brick on the outside of a house?

Careful use of a power washer will freshen it up along with the mortar. Empahisis on 'careful'. I have a 2250 PSI unit and it works fine when adjusted to a three inch (about) fan shape when about 12" from the brick. Keep it moving so as to not scar the brick face or the mortar.
