Plexiglas Backsplash

I want to use plexiglas for a backsplash, but am unsure of how to attach it to the wall, any ideas?

I suspect you want the plexiglass so as to see and protect the underlying surface. If it's edges are on walls or counter tops, use clear silicone for a neat caulking bead. If not, you could use the same fasteners as what's used to attach large mirrors to a wall.
