I am trying to remove wallpaper from panelling. I have already managed to do so in one room but the living room is a real pain. The people who lived here first used a different type of glue on the back & water doesn't want to cut the paper or the glue!!! HELP PLEASE!!

Wall paper remove...
Hot water with fabric softener added....Slop it on, let it soak, wide-blade-putty knife it off. -
vinyl wallpaper paste will not soften using water. it's used for the heaviest of all wallhangings - oilcloth or the stuff that looks like flattened hay. I'm sorry I don't have any info but if you point your browser towards vinyl wallpaper chances are you'll find something to remove the stuffComment
