  • Removing wallpaper covered by paint

When I moved into my townhouse, I began painting the master bedroom and realized that the previous owner had painted over a strip of wallpaper around the ceiling. At that point I didn't have the time to worry about romoving the wallpaper. Now I would like to repaint the room but I would like to remove the wallpaper first. What would be the best way to remove wallpaper that is covered by two coats of paint? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

you need to score it it first with a knife of some type so the remover liquid can release the glue. u can even use a rough sandpaper of 80 grit to score the surface.

Create perforations with a tool called a "Paper Tiger".
Then, sponge the wall with a solution called "DIF". This will loosen the paper and allow you to remove it easily.
