I have a room with a border wallpaper that was painted over. Would a steamer still work well enough to remove the wallpaper or is there a simpler way to get it off?
if the base wall is in good shape an angled razor scraper made by RED DEVIL would make short work of removing it. other than that use the corner of a stiff scraper to score the border paper so the steam will penetrate the paper to the glue to soften it.
