Are there any major differences between 18 ga powder coated galvanized steel or 18 ga powder coated aluminum deck balusters as far as durability or upkeep.

Steel your not going to bend if they get kicked, although your going to have to hit aluminum hard to do any damage. If it were me I'd be going the aluminum just cause there is never a chance of rust etc....

Steel... think about it if you are weed eating or mowing neat it or kids with yard toys but also aluminum will last longerComment

18 ga powder coated aluminum deck is the better option
