I built a deck with a pergola. The deck runs the length of the house and there is a pergola over a portion of deck. Pergola is ~12' from house. I want to string Xmas lights from pergola to house. The house is vinyl siding. May someone recommend a product or process that I could use with vinyl siding that would fasten to OSB and create a water tight seal. I've seen plastic hooks that snap under siding but they won't hold the weight of lights and wind factor.
