Water is leaking into our house through the bottom of the french doors on our balcony. These doors get exposed to very hot dry sun/wind in the summer along with occasional heavy rain. Here are some photos of the damage. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I assume the leak is on the stationary panel, this has been repaired before as seen by the short piece of replacement material on the right hand side. caulk has been added as evident by the browning. I'd remove as much of that caulk as possible and reapply a good quality exterior (paintable silicone....yes they make it), put on a good size bead and don't remove too much when you swipe you finger over it.

My log splitter won't start, pulled the cord probably 30 times, it's not new but always ran fine before. Any idea what I'm missing
