Quick Patch Recommendations?

Have a few photos that I took from the external areas of my home's concrete block foundation. Long story short, I still am out of work after many months, so money has to be carefully considered. Fall and Winter are coming up and want to patch up these areas where the coating has peeled off to leave it exposed. Was thinking of just scraping away the excess and at the very least buying one gallon of Drylok to patch it up. Any recommendations are very welcomed.

Is that paint that is peeling or a water proofing membrane ? It looks like paint.
Either way no matter what you do to repair it you need to remove all the loose, peeling or flaky material before you apply anything over the top. The good news is it's cheap, a scraper and wire brush will probably get you ready to go, ohhh and a measure of elbow grease.

Yes, it is paint. The really bad stuff I did about two years ago and you recommended that I use the quik wall and it worked great. I just don't have the money to do the rest of the foundation and other than digging as far down as I did when I did that, there are some areas that are nearly 7 feet above ground level. That would require lots more money. They aren't cracking like the areas in the photos or worn in any fashion. As long as you think that scraping off the excess and using Drylok paint is good enough for a patch, then I will start saving for a gallon. Thanks again for reply.
