  • How to plug cable TV hold in wall?

First of all, I apologize if this is the wrong sub-forum for this question.

I have an obsolete cable TV cable that I'm doing to remove from the exterior of my house. This will leave a small hole the size of the cable. The hole will be in the center of a round plastic 'housing' that the cable TV guy installed.

What is the best way to plug this hole?

Thanks a lot for any advice!

Oops, I meant 'hole in wall', not 'hold in wall'. I can't spell, LOL!

      hole

if you are gonna leave the plastic plate there use a rubber plate or a cork and cut it off flush. if you remove it, use a plug of plaster of paris
