Here are some maintenance tips for your house and homes on how to clean aluminum Window Frames-

If your home’s aluminum window frames have accumulated a fair amount of dirt and debris, you may be curious about how to effectively clean them. Fortunately, with a few basic cleaning tools, your aluminum window frames will be spotless in no time.
Step 1- Dust Your Window Frames
Before cleaning your window frames, you will need to remove any dust from them. This step can be carried out with either a lightly dampened nonabrasive washcloth or a feather duster. Simply run your dusting tool of choice across the frame in broad, even strokes until all the dust has been successfully purged.
Step 2 – Mix Your Cleaning Solution
Having dusted your aluminum window frames, you are now ready to mix your cleaning solution. Inside of an empty spray bottle, produce a mixture of 1/4 cup of ammonia and 1 cup of warm water. Next, securely seal the bottle and shake it until your cleaning solution takes shape. Lastly, fill a second empty spray bottle with warm water. This will be used to rinse off your cleaning solution once the job is finished.
Step 3 – Apply Your Cleaning Solution
Having mixed your homemade cleaning solution, spray it onto your dirty window frames and allow it to sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Then, use a nonabrasive washcloth to wipe away any caked-on dirt, debris or grime. Once your window frames have been sufficiently cleaned, rinse off your cleaning solution with warm water, then dry the frames with the aid of a dry nonabrasive washcloth.

Great tips, Niko! Cleaning aluminum window frames can really brighten up a home. Your instructions are clear and practical. Here are a few additional pointers that might help:
    1. Test a Small Area First: Before applying your cleaning solution to the entire frame, test it on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure it doesn't damage the finish.
    2. Use a Soft-Bristled Brush for Tough Spots: For stubborn grime, a soft-bristled brush (like a toothbrush) can help you reach corners and grooves without scratching the aluminum.
    3. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: While ammonia is effective, avoid using overly harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the frame’s finish.
    4. Regular Maintenance: Regular dusting and occasional cleaning will prevent the buildup of dirt and grime, making future cleanings easier.
    5. Inspect Seals and Caulking: While you're cleaning, check the seals and caulking around your window frames. Replacing or repairing them can help prevent drafts and improve energy efficiency.

These additional steps can ensure your aluminum window frames remain in good condition for years to come.
