I converted a covered patio to an mud room for a daycare and didn't put sill sealer down under the bottom plate (slab on grade). now when it rains they are getting water in the new space. The outside wall is T-1 11 and the interior wall is finished with masonite. I have tried caulking both sides of the plate with pro seal but water is still getting in. any suggestions??

Is the slab tall enough that you can grade the earth around the perimeter so water will drain back away from the siding. You must however maintain a minimum of 2-4" below the siding so rot doesn't start.
If not then you can install a subsurface drain tile system around the perimeter of the slab to diveret the water away from it. Below are a few good links to tell you how.
