decrative brick falling off

around our poarch we have decrative brick that is falling off ;;loose and alot of cracking ;;in the joints the material looks like it was mortared on what kind of adheisive do we need and proper mortar procieduers ??

If I'm not mistaken,. I believe Gorilla Glue is waterproof and would be excelant for this. Make sure the surfaces are clean and no loose material is there. As for the mortar, there's stuff available in tubes that fit in a regular caulking gun. Check at the local Lowes or HD stores...

Why don't you try "quikset" mortar that is used for bathroom tile? It is portland cement based and can be buttered on the back side of the faux brick. If you squish the brick into the mortar, and you use a thin tool to doctor up the joints you should come out with a decent looking repair.
