  • Flat roof Repair

We have a 10'X10' Cupalo(sp?) at the peak of the house w/a flat roof. In a recent windstorm, A huge section of the roofing tore off. Do I have to tear off all of it and replace w/one piece of what?? tarpaper? Roofing paper? Should I try and wrap around and under edges of cupolo??? Pls advise if u can help. There is a removable access door to the flat roof. Rest of the roofing appears to have been nailed down.
    Thanks,

    Gene

      Flat Roof Repair Solution

If You have flat roof then I think its safe for you to go up and find the source of leak. If you get the point of leak then its not much costly and headache to repair it. Use either eternabond tape if the area is small otherwise go for EPDM Coatings for your roof to be repaired from leaks. Liquid Roof or Liquid Rubber can be used for this purpose.
