window latches for older windows

i need to know what window company made the aluminum windows for a Kentuckian (giles industries). My home is about 18 years old,my window latches are rusty. My local dealer only has parts for Phillips windows (they do make the storm windows) those parts did fit. I can't find the window latches i need because i don't know who made the windows. I have been googling allllllllllllllllllllll day and can't any info. Can someone please help me? I can't even find a phone number for Giles. You have to take out the whole window to replace the darn latches (can you believe that). I can't find the name on the windows, the only thing I see is the initials ETB in a circle on a sticker. According to my local company that isn't a window company. Of course it wouldn't be the first time they told me wrong.I can't afford to replace the windows. My kids and thier families had to move back home with me
