I had a company come out and give me an estimate on my windows for installation and materials. They will replace 1 picture window, 9 regular double pane windows, 4 hoppers with 10 custom metal wrap all white w/argon and foam wrap. The entire job was quoted at $3340. I know nothing about price of materials and wanted some other opinions.

Doesn't seem to out of the range.
To give you an idea a basic Low E double hung window under 109" (height + width) at contractors pricing is around the $150 mark add on top of this installation and any wrapping you need done. Remember this is for a "basic" window in vinyl.
