So we moved in to a new hose about 2 months ago and had our first leak at the hose bib. She i removed the vinyl and part of the board covering the frame. Come to find the base for the frame of the wall is soaked to the bone. It looks like they just built the frame right on top of the concrete slab foundation and rain water has been collecting at the base of the hose and getting soaked. Looks like i have to replace a whole out side wall because of this right? i took some pictures can you guys help me out i am a novice.
